1. Security protocols
To ensure the safety and health of all its stakeholders , 50 special protocols were created in order to reduce the probability of infections.

2. Sanitized hospitals and public spaces
Cleaning is essential for the cement company, which is why it has managed to sanitize and disinfect public spaces, mainly hospitals, with the help of mixer trucks and CEMEX volunteers.
Sanitizing water is used in it, which helps save time and cleaning resources. So far, more than 3M m2 have been sanitized in some areas of our country.
3. Prefabricated hospitals in Mexico
CEMEX has achieved the construction of nine prefabricated hospitals in some states of the Mexican Republic such as:
City Juarez Chihuahua.
Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico.
Monterrey, Nuevo León.
Puebla, Puebla.
Culiacán, Sinaloa.
Fresnillo, Zacatecas.
These headquarters were determined by the health authorities and were built with prefabricated modules of highly durable antibacterial concrete, have hospital-grade vinyl flooring and access ramps for patients and stretchers.
Likewise, entrances and exits have intelligent access controls in critical areas. Its finishes and paint also have antibacterial properties.
The medical units have special filters in the air conditioning system, ultraviolet light that will help eliminate viruses and bacteria, a heated septic tank for biological-infectious hazardous waste, and fire-fighting equipment with smoke detectors.
4. Delivery of pantries
As part of the Lend a Hand to Mexico campaign, CEMEX delivered more than 300,000 boxes of basic food baskets: rice, beans, milk and protein, and cleaning supplies to construction workers and communities.
5. Medical supplies
The cement company also delivered more than 600,000 medical supplies to local health centers and hospitals located in vulnerable communities in the country.
The medical supplies were homemade by some women from CEMEX community centers, who made antibacterial gel and face masks. These were donated to hundreds of families in their communities.
Among the institutions that received the donation, IMSS and ISSSTE clinics, Red Cross, municipal Civil Protection agencies, as well as health homes that serve rural communities, stand out.
With these actions, CEMEX has demonstrated its commitment and social responsibility, which is manifested from its CEO to all its collaborators.
